While the upfront fee is non-refundable, we're committed to finding you quality matches. If we can't find suitable suppliers within 30 days, we'll extend the search at no additional cost and provide alternatives or recommendations.

On average, we present initial supplier matches within 7-14 days. Complex requests may take 2-3 weeks. We'll provide you with a realistic timeline during our initial consultation.
